Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped by Reset Society and our trusted fulfillment partners. Processing and delivery times may vary by product and supplier.

Processing Times
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–4 business days.

Estimated Delivery
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment. Some products may require additional transit time depending on the fulfillment location and carrier.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains products from different partner brands, items may ship separately and arrive at different times. You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.

Shipping Rates
Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and delivery address.

Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once each item ships. Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking after the label is created.

Delays
Carrier delays can occasionally occur and are outside our direct control. If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us at support@resetsociety.shop and we’ll help investigate.

Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to change the address.
